A Victorian period 18 carat gold ring set with four old cut diamonds and six round faceted rubies. The old cut diamonds are about .15 of a carat in total, the six rubies are about .30 of a carat in total The setting measures 15 mm by 11 mm. 

• The ring size is 15.75 mm, the size can be modified if necessary. 

• The ring is robust and well made, it is in good condition.
