An antique 14 carat gold ring set with a sapphire and old cut diamond cluster.
The sapphire is around a .05 carat stone, the diamonds are about .08 carat in total. The setting has a diameter of 6 mm.
The ring size is 19.00 mm, the size can be modified if necessary.
