An 18 carat gold ring with a dark blue sapphire and 10 brilliant cut diamonds in a marquise shaped setting.
The diamonds are .25 carat in total, VS to SI1 in quality and H in color. The sapphire is about a .24 carat stone.
The ring size is 16.50 mm, the size can be modified if necessary.
