An 18 carat gold ring with a cabochon star sapphire and eight rose diamonds in a silver cluster.
The star sapphire measures 7 mm by 5 mm and is about a .60 carat stone, the eight rose diamonds are around .16 carat in total and the setting measures 17 mm by 14 mm.
The ring size is 17.00 mm, the size can be modified if necessary.
